The developer of Fourth Avenue Residences is none other than Allgreen Properties Limited. It is real estate arm in Singapore under the famous Kuok Group.
Allgreen Properties Limited was incorporated in 1986 and was listed in 1999 in the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange. It was subsequently delisted and gone private in 2011.
Allgreen is currently one of the largest property development company in Singapore. With its strong track record and solid reputation of building quality projects and high take-up rate during each of its residential project sales. It oversaw a total of 48 associated companies and subsidiaries.
Apart from residential, Allgreen has a large diversified portfolio that includes commercial and services apartment too. It also owns both Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Hotel Jen Tanglin in Singapore. Tanglin Mall, Great World City and Tanglin Place are also under Allgreen’s investment portfolio in Singapore.
